As you know, 2009 will be more difficult than the prior year. In light of the continuing Job cuts and slow rate of economic recovery, the Islamic Cultural Institute is running into funding shortages in 2009.

The Islamic Cultural Institute has been relying on your donaiotns to support:
- Weekdays activities: daily prayers are held inside the mosque by emam Shams el-Deen.
- Weekends activites: Friday night program and Saturday potlucks
- Maintenance:every old place needs maintenance, and it cost a lot to fix small issues.

Weekly Events

Friday: Jumaa Prayers at 12:45 pm (this will change to 1:45 in daylight saving, second Sunday in March 2009).

Halaqa for brothers on Fridays right after Isha prayer till 8:00 pm, followed by Sports activity for brothers till midnight, this includes volleyball and ping pong.

Weekly Potluck: Saturdays from 6:00 pm, till 11:00 pm. Various activities for girls, boys, and adults.

Sunday School.
Please be informed that these are the only times that the mosque is open, otherwise a member of the board must be present in order to occupy the mosque.
